Shipping
Information
Most all
of our fence products' prices include free shipping. There are a few fences where there are shipping
charges due to the weight and/or bulk size of the order. In most cases if the order is of a
certain amount, free shipping is also included. If you have questions about shipping, please call us before
you order your fence.
Your fence order can be very
large & heavy. Therefore, it is shipped directly from the factory via common carrier. They sometimes
operate differently from UPS or FedX.
After you order your fence
products, the order is processed the same day and forwarded to the warehouse where your order is
fulfilled. Once your order is shipped, we will have tracking information that we can forward to you.
Typically, the trucking company will call you a day or two prior to delivery to make final arrangements.
Please provide a daytime phone number for the trucking company to call.
IMPORTANT DETAILS ABOUT YOUR DELIVERY

You are
responsible for unloading the truck. The driver of the truck is not required to help you unload.
Many times, however, they will assist you and your unloading team. Once the bands are cut the
individual pieces can be unloaded. If you choose to rent a fork lift, the deliver truck can
accommodate this method of unloading. You or your designated person(s) must be present when
the truck arrives.

You are also responsible
to note on the Bill of Lading if there are damaged items. If items are damaged and it is noted on
the bill of lading we require pictures to verify the damage. We reserve the right to determine the
extent of damage, and whether it can be repaired or must be replaced.

Due to the nature of
fence orders, they are not returnable. ALL SALES ARE
FINAL
