Using the grid provided here (or a sheet of graph paper) sketch your project including actual measurements to scale, showing the location of your planned fence in relation to your house. Once you have completed your sketch, use the simple formulas below  to determine the number of Fence Panels Kits you will need.

Use the following simple equation the quantity of materials you will need for your project:

• Fence Calculation: Number of Fence Panels (assuming 8' section length) = A/8 + B/8 + C/8 + D/8 + E/8. Example using the dimensions above 6/8 + 12/8 + 24/8 + 12/8 + 6/8 = 9 Fence Panels Kits. (Each kit comes with [1] fence panel, [1] Post , [1] Post Cap, One addition Post & Cap is added to each order to "end" the fence. In this example, when the length is less than the section length, one section is calculated. Length (A) is 6'. Fence section is 8'. One full 8' section is ordered and reduced to 6' length.
    

• What about gates? Pre-Assembled Gate Kits are available for all Duramax Fence styles. Each gate kit includes: (2) 4" x 4" uprights, self-closing hinges, latch brace & hardware, all rails and pickets. Maximum single gate width is 60". Double Drive gates include one gate kit, one opposite gate kit and one drop-pin kit.
